Job Duties: Understand business needs and create solutions. Oversee the gathering of business and analytical data requirements to meet business needs. Analyze and document as-is and to-be processes and systems. Coordinate the development and integration of new systems processes and procedures. Create and execute test plans and scripts in support of solution delivery. Drive the implementation and improvement projects for the business areas supported. Understand integration points between fleet systems and SAP ECC/SAP HANA, external vendors, and other business systems. Elicit, communicate, and manage internal and external customer requirements. Discover process gaps. Document requirements using Use Case Reports, Business Requirements Documents, and Functional Specification Documents for IT systems of medium to high complexity. Oversee user training and the documentation of training materials, interface specifications, integration requirements, and batch processing. Work with business leads to prioritize work list. Contribute to and support a best practice process management approach for business and IT. Provide expertise in change management, process management, and project management. Contribute to the development of process standards and the evaluation of tools. Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews. Ensure quality standards are met. Serve as an advisor in business systems and process-oriented solutions, leveraging working knowledge of the business areas supported. Coordinate work to ensure solution delivery. Utilize SAP ECC and SAP HANA. Will work in unanticipated locations.
Minimum Educ/ Exp: Requires Master’s in Computer Science, Technology Management, Business Administration, or related and 1 year experience..
